Finished CDL school and ready for your first driving job? Get paid while training with an experienced mentor, then move into an assigned truck on the Eastern Regional Fleet. 10-4 Logistics is actively hiring recent CDL school graduates looking to start their driving career the right way.
What This Job Offers- $850 per week during paid training
- Average solo earnings of $1,600-$1,800+ per week
- Pay issued every Friday
- One-on-one mentor training
- Assigned truck after completing training
- No-touch dry van freight
- Weekly or bi-weekly home time
- Full-time regional work
- 24/7 dispatch support

Driver Requirements- Valid Class A CDL
- Accredited CDL-school graduate
- Minimum 120 hours of CDL training
- Safe driving record
- Able to meet DOT and FMCSA requirements
- Ready to learn from an experienced mentor
You will operate a Class A tractor-trailer, haul no-touch dry van freight, complete required inspections, maintain accurate ELD logs, and communicate with dispatch and customers.
