Now Hiring: Apartment Maintenance Technician – Virginia Beach, VA

Pay: $20.00/hr. | Schedule: Mon-Fri: 8am-5pm (1hr lunch)

BG Staffing is seeking a reliable and skilled Apartment Maintenance Technician to support an apartment community in Virginia Beach, VA . This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands‑on work, takes pride in maintaining a clean and functional community, and can handle a variety of maintenance tasks with professionalism!

·       Role: Apartment Maintenance Technician

·       Location: Virginia Beach, VA 23451

·       Pay: $20/hr.

·       Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8AM - 5PM

·       Start Date: ASAP

·       Opportunity Type: Contract

·      Complete work orders efficiently and professionally

·      Perform general maintenance tasks, including:

o  Basic plumbing repairs

o  Electrical troubleshooting

o  Appliance diagnostics and repair

o  Carpentry, drywall, and general upkeep

·      Assist with unit turns and make‑ready preparation

·      Maintain community grounds, common areas, and amenities

·      Respond to resident requests with a friendly, professional attitude

·      Ensure all work meets safety and quality standards

·      Previous apartment maintenance experience preferred

·      Strong knowledge of general maintenance functions

·      Ability to troubleshoot and complete repairs independently

·      Reliable, punctual, and detail‑oriented

·      Strong communication and customer service skills
