Our mission is simple: create an exceptional shopping experience where every customer feels seen, styled, and confident. We pride ourselves on personalized service, a beautifully curated selection, and quality pieces that last. We are seeking stylists for our Hillsboro Village location. Role Overview As a Stylist, you are the heart of the Hollie Ray shopping experience. From the moment a customer walks through the door to the moment they leave with their purchase, you'll create a warm, welcoming environment and help them find styles they love. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys fashion, connecting with people, and keeping a store looking its best. What You'll Do
- Welcome customers, assist with styling, and complete purchases at checkout.
- Provide exceptional, personalized service that makes every customer feel valued.
- Actively engage with customers throughout their visit - no one shops unnoticed.
- Use product knowledge to give customers confidence in their purchase.
- Learn about the brands we carry and stay up to date on new arrivals.
- Understand product fit and care to help customers make informed choices.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Retail or customer service experience preferred (but not required).
- A friendly, approachable personality and strong communication skills.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- 40% employee discount on full-priced items (with special increased discounts during your first month and select times of year).
- Overtime pay (1.5 times hourly rate) for hours worked over 40 hours in a weekly payroll session.
- Weekly pay - with the option to cash out early via Homebase.
