This role engages customers through in-person interactions, scheduled appointments, and virtual channels to deliver trusted financial guidance with a digital-first mindset. As an experienced banker, the Float Relationship Banker adapts quickly to different branch environments, fills staffing needs, shares best practices, and provides coaching and on-the-job support to less experienced bankers. Strong client relationships are built on trust, understanding customers' financial goals, and identifying solutions that meet their unique needs. The Float Relationship Banker assesses and addresses banking needs, obtains and processes customer and account information, educates customers on deposit and lending products and services, and recommends appropriate financial solutions. By combining customer expertise with operational flexibility, this role helps ensure a consistent client experience and supports the success of branch teams across the market.Travel to defined branch clusters as assigned within districtMileage and drive time will be paid for any time or distance beyond your regular home branch commuteFlexible work schedule, 6 days per week, will be covering traditional branches and in-store locationsReports to float pool manager at market levelThis position also requires 2 or more hours of driving per week.Required Qualifications:National Mortgage Licensing Service (NMLS) registration under the terms of the S.A.F.E.
