Overview Credentialing Specialist — Arlington, VA. Pay from: $28 per hour. Qualifications 2+ years of recent experience in clinical credentialing Experience credentialing within the government 1+ years of experience following Joint Commission Standards Functional knowledge of Cactus Experienced with NCQA, JCAHO and all databases utilized to scan for Primary Source Verification Proficient in MS Office, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint Associate\'s Degree required; Bachelor\'s preferred Duties Manage activities associated with government credentialing and re-credentialing as required by the contract of healthcare providers Ensure all information is returned as promptly as possible and forwarded to customers accurately and in a timely manner as required by the contract Ensure all Primary Source Verifications (PSV) are completed timely and accurately Create weekly status reports on candidates credentialing onboarding process Provide administrative logs ensuring correct credentialing forms are sent to the candidate/employee Ensure that all submissions are noted within Cactus Quadrant is an affirmative action/equal opportunity employer.
