Position Details

• Coverage: 2 to 3 weeks per month with a minimum commitment of 6 months
• Schedule: Options for 4x10 or 5x8 shifts per week, with rotating schedules available
• Weekend Rounding: Required, but no on-call duties
• Patient Focus: Adults only, working in an inpatient CVICU setting with no outpatient responsibilities
• Experience Required: Prior CVICU experience is essential, particularly with high-acuity cardiothoracic surgery services
• Procedures Involved: Chest tube management, epicardial pacing wire removal, ECMO, LVAD, and Impella
• Facility Type: Level I Trauma center with a diverse and comprehensive case mix
