Primary Care Nurse – Home Care (Full Time) St. Mary Home Care is seeking a skilled registered nurse to provide one‑to‑one, compassionate care to patients in the Langhorne, Newtown and greater Bucks area. Employment Type: Full Time Shift: Day Shift Location: Langhorne, Newtown, Greater Bucks County, PA Salary & Benefits Sign‑On Bonus: $10,000 (applicable to all applicants except internal employees, former employees who resigned within the last year, or applicants sourced from outside firms) Day‑1 Health, Dental, and Vision insurance Daily Pay offered Short‑term and long‑term disability coverage 403b retirement plan Generous paid time off Mileage reimbursement Zero on‑call requirements Epic EMR system for streamlined documentation Responsibilities Provide in‑home skilled nursing care, developing personalized care plans and administering medications. Support patients’ recovery and independence while maintaining comprehensive documentation. Attend assigned patients consistently with guaranteed hours. Communicate effectively with interdisciplinary team and family members. Minimum Qualifications Graduate of an approved nursing education program. Registered Nurse license in Pennsylvania. One year of professional care nursing with home‑care experience preferred. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. Ability to work a weekend rotation once monthly & 2 holidays annually.
