What You'll Do

• Train and educate patients on the use of the Tablo Hemodialysis System for home dialysis.
• Guide patients through treatment setup, operation, and troubleshooting.
• Monitor patient competency and ensure safe at-home treatment.
• Provide ongoing training support and reinforce patient understanding.
• Collaborate with clinic teams to ensure seamless patient care.
• Document training activities, patient progress, and outcomes.
• Manage a training load of 2 to 3 patients daily.

What You Need

• Active RN license in Texas
• Recent dialysis experience
• Knowledge of the Tablo Hemodialysis System
• Strong communication and patient education skills
• Ability to work independently and manage training schedules
