Hospice RN Case Manager with Athena Hospice of Rhode IslandAs a part-time Hospice RN Case Manager, you will play a crucial role in enabling patients and their loved ones to live each day as fully and comfortably as possible.Flexible schedule!Job Overview:We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate RN Case Manager to join our team. As a Hospice RN Case Manager, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and directing the hospice care of assigned patients under the direction of the clinical director.
