Mortgage Loan Officer

Position Overview As a Mortgage Loan Officer within PNC's Mortgage organization, you will be based in the Greater Louisville or Lexington, KY markets. Job Description Recommend loan solutions in accordance with lending guidelines and client requirements. Manage a portfolio of customer relationships, seek prospective opportunities to retain and develop new clients, and conduct sales calls. Develop and prepare loan solutions, refer products and services, and review documentation for compliance and efficiency. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to complete mortgage transactions. Collect and analyze customer financial information for multifaceted and/or complex borrowers. Managing Risk – Assess and manage all risks associated with business objectives and activities, ensuring alignment with PNC's Enterprise Risk Management Framework. Qualifications Successful candidates must demonstrate appropriate knowledge, skills, and abilities for this role. Work Experience : Roles at this level typically require a university/college degree with less than 1 year of professional experience or a comparable combination of education, certification, and experience (including military service).
