Summary

Hiring an experienced 1st Class Blaster/Painter for full-time work in Houma, LA. Candidates must be skilled in blasting and coating applications and ready to work in an industrial environment.

Must-Haves (REQUIRED)

  • Must own blasting hood , paint gun , and paint pot
  • Proven experience as a 1st Class Blaster/Painter
  • Knowledge of surface prep and coating applications
  • Reliable transportation & ability to work overtime

Preferred

  • Industrial, marine, or offshore experience
  • Familiar with epoxy/urethane coatings
  • Certifications (SSPC, NACE, etc.)

Interview Questions

  1. What equipment do you own (blasting hood, paint hood, paint pot)?
  2. What coatings do you have the most experience with?
  3. Describe your surface prep process.
  4. What safety practices do you follow?
  5. Have you worked in industrial or offshore settings?
  6. How do you ensure quality work?
