As a Receiving Lead, you will: Organize and manage inventory: Take charge of receiving, transferring, packing, stocking, and ticketing merchandise to keep our stockroom orderly and efficient. Support daily store operations: Assist the store management team with day-to-day operations and ensure everything runs like clockwork. Deliver exceptional guest service: Ensure our guests have a seamless, enjoyable experience by keeping the sales floor fully stocked and organized. Position preferences/requirements: Flexible schedule: Must be available to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, early evenings, and holidays. Basic computer knowledge: Comfortable with basic computer operations to assist with inventory management and related tasks. Stockroom experience: Previous experience in a stockroom or inventory role is required. Positive and welcoming attitude: Must be friendly, engaging, and approachable toward guests, team members, and venue staff. Physical demands: The physical requirements of this job are essential to ensuring the smooth flow of operations.
