At Phil Long Subaru of Glenwood Springs, we are passionate about providing exceptional automotive experiences in our community of Glenwood Springs and throughout western Colorado. As an established and respected Subaru dealership, we pride ourselves on delivering top-notch customer service and building long-lasting relationships with our clients. We are currently seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Subaru Sales Consultant to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Identify and understand customer needs through effective questioning and listening.
• Present and demonstrate Subaru vehicles, highlighting features and benefits.
• Provide transparent and accurate information on pricing, financing options, and vehicle specifications.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to foster repeat business and referrals.
• Assist customers with the completion of purchase agreements and necessary documentation.
• Stay informed about Subaru products, industry trends, and dealership promotions.
• Collaborate with the sales team to achieve individual and team sales goals.
• Follow up with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.

Qualifications: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required.

• Previous experience in automotive sales or customer service is preferred, but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and contribute to a positive workplace culture.
• Proficiency with computer systems and basic office software.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus.
