Join a high-impact SAP S/4HANA transformation program as an SAP S/4HANA Data Migration Lead , where you will drive the end-to-end data migration strategy and execution for large-scale ERP implementations. Your Role

As the SAP S/4HANA Data Migration Lead , you will be responsible for owning and managing the complete data migration workstream. You will define migration strategies, oversee data assessment and cleansing activities, establish source-to-target mappings, and lead migration design, development, testing, and mock conversion cycles. You will partner closely with business, functional, and technical teams to ensure data quality, reconciliation, validation, and business sign-off. Additionally, you will lead cutover planning and execution, provide post-go-live support, manage onsite and offshore teams, and ensure governance, risk management, and stakeholder alignment throughout the program lifecycle.

Your Skills and Experience

To be successful in this role, you should have 12+ years of overall experience , including 7+ years specializing in SAP Data Migration , with a proven track record of delivering multiple end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementation or transformation programs. You should possess strong expertise in migration tools such as SAP Migration Cockpit, SAP Data Services (BODS), Syniti , or similar platforms, along with deep knowledge of SAP master and transactional data migration. Experience across business functions including Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Sales is essential. Strong leadership, client-facing, stakeholder management, data quality, reconciliation, and cutover planning capabilities are required. SAP S/4HANA certification, SAP MDG experience, and experience supporting global deployments or multi-country rollouts are highly desirable.

The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: $88,544 - $207,401

Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws. The base compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting. This range may be subject to change as permitted by law.

The actual compensation offered to any candidate may fall outside of the posted range and will be determined based on multiple factors legally permitted in the applicable jurisdiction.

It is not typical for candidates to be hired at or near the top of the posted compensation range.

In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for additional compensation such as variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions, depending on the position and applicable laws.
