We are now hiring L.P.N.s & R.N.s to join our team

-Compensation Overview-

Hillcrest Home pays every other Friday through direct deposit.

·         Hourly Rate: Starting @ $27.75 per hour (L.P.N.) & $31.86 per hour (R.N.)

·         (Determined by the AFSCME union contract available on the Henry County Website)

·         Plus Weekend & Overnight Shift Differential Pay!

Bonus: A $5,000.00 Sign on Bonus is now being offered for full-time L.P.N. and R.N. positions!

-Job Requirements-

·         Must be eligible on the Health Care Worker Registry

·         Must be able to pass a background check

·         Must have and maintain the necessary License / Certification

-Job Description-

Hillcrest is a long-term care facility for skilled and intermediate care residents. We are growing and looking for the right people to work full-time on 2nd Shift and 3rd Shift. (Part-time hours may be available)

2nd Shift starts at 2:30 pm and ends at 11:00 pm. 3rd Shift starts at 10:45 pm and ends at 7:15 am.

Primary responsibilities include:

·         Provide resident care to individuals as specified on individualized resident care plan according to established policies and procedures.

·         Provide a safe environment to the residents of Hillcrest Home, under general supervisor of the Director of Nursing.

·         Provide routine nursing and personal care services to long-term care residents of the facility.

·         Carry out the assigned duties and responsibilities in accordance with current existing federal and state regulations and established company policies and procedures.

·         Employees are required to work every other weekend.
