We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Assembler to join our production team. This role is responsible for assembling parts and products according to work instructions while meeting quality and productivity standards.

Responsibilities

• Assemble components and subassemblies using hand and power tools

• Follow work instructions, blueprints, or schematics

• Perform visual inspections to ensure quality standards are met

• Maintain a clean and safe work area

• Meet production goals and deadlines

• Report defects, material shortages, or equipment issues to supervision

• Adhere to all safety and company policies

Qualifications

• Previous assembly or manufacturing experience preferred but not required

• Ability to read and follow written and verbal instructions

• Basic math and measurement skills

• Strong attention to detail and quality

• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to (weight, e.g., 40 lbs)

Work Environment

• Manufacturing/production floor

• Standing, bending, and repetitive tasks required

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of West Chester, OH.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
