We're hiring 1099 PAs to complete pre-scheduled, in-home health assessments for Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and commercial health plan members. Compensation — earn more as you commit more:

* Base rate of $70 per completed assessment * Tiered pay structure: Your per-visit rate increases as you commit to more hours per month * 6-11 visits/day = $420-$900 * Pay-per-test bonuses for qualifying visits (labs, screenings, etc.) * Rates vary by market — recruiter will share specifics for your state

Position Details:

* Pre-scheduled visits with pre-populated patient forms * Visits span multiple counties in your assigned region — broader coverage means more visits and higher earning potential * 60 hours/month minimum commitment * No nights or weekends required * Short-term and long-term contracts available * Travel assignments available — airfare, hotel, and rental car covered (eligibility-based) * Malpractice insurance included

Requirements:

* Active, unrestricted state PA license * Current NCCPA certification (PA-C) * Graduate of an ARC-PA accredited Physician Assistant program * Reliable personal transportation * Available for at least 60 hours/month * New grads welcome — no minimum experience required
