Required Skills: * Medical Doctor (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) with Board Certification in Neonatology * Valid medical license to practice in South Carolina * Proven experience providing neonatal intensive care in a Level III NICU setting * Strong clinical assessment and decision-making abilities * Excellent communication and teamwork skills * Ability to work independently and under pressure Nice to Have Skills: * Previous locum or per diem experience * Familiarity with electronic medical record (EMR) systems * Additional certifications such as Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) Preferred Education and Experience: * MD or DO degree from an accredited medical institution * At least 2 years of Neonatology experience in a Level III NICU * Current South Carolina medical license or ability to obtain one swiftly Other Requirements: * Availability for scheduled dates: 8/29-9/4; 9/12-9/18; 10/10-10/16 * Willingness to work 24-hour shifts including rounding and on-call coverage * Ability to handle high-pressure scenarios with professionalism * Must meet all standard medical credentialing and compliance requirements Take this exciting opportunity to join a dedicated team providing exceptional neonatal care near the charming coastal area of Charleston.
