Job Description

• Implement high-performing campaign management and execution of display advertising strategies to drive brand awareness, traffic, and conversions
• Manage and optimize display campaigns across various platforms (Google Display Network, Youtube, Meta, Tiktok, programmatic networks, etc)
• Conduct thorough analysis of campaign performance using analytic tools such as Tableau, Google Analytics, and other relevant platforms.
• Conduct A/B testing and other testing methodologies to continuously improve ad performance and ROI.
• Monitor and report on key performance metrics, providing actionable insights and recommendations
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in display advertising
• Execute and prioritize all the tasks / activities within the managed campaigns
• Mature enough to manage external marketing vendors independently, and ensure all the expected deliverables or service are delivered

Requirements

• Graduated from reputable university. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Math, Engineering, or a related field. Advanced degree is a plus.
• 2+ years of experience in digital marketing with a focus on display advertising
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, etc.)
• Experience with A/B testing and performance optimization techniques
• Proven track record of managing and optimizing display advertising campaigns
• Possess exceptional critical thinking and a willingness to dive into the data, to produce immediate value while still keeping an eye on long-term strategy and scalability
• Excellent analytical skills for data-driven decision making, deriving and disseminating actionable insights resulting from such analysis
• Good communication skill, self-driven, love challenges, and enthusiasm to pursue excellence
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proficiency in Excel or similar data processing tool (Tableau, Google Data Studio, etc)
