Regional Manager Full Time Bladensburg, MD, US Salary Range: $125,000.00 to $130,000.00 Annually Join Our Team as a Regional Property Manager! Richman Property Services, Inc. is seeking a community-inspired, passion-driven, and team-oriented Regional Property Manager with a can‑do attitude to join our expanding team! Position: Regional Property Manager LIHTC experience preferred As one of the nation's top ten residential property owners, our mission is to ensure that our residents live in a quality apartment community they can be proud of. What You’ll Do Oversee property operations, ensuring compliance with corporate policies and procedures Maintain a safe work environment and provide support to Property Managers and Supervisors Communicate regularly with the Corporate Office Maximize gross rent while minimizing vacancy and delinquent rent loss Control expenditures and approve purchases Conduct market and product analysis Recommend competitive pricing and assist in developing strategic marketing plans Directly supervise all Property Managers in the assigned region Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with organizational policies and applicable laws What You Bring Bachelor’s Degree preferred; CPM designation and certified LIHTC also preferred Minimum 5 years of prior property management experience required Minimum 3 years of Yardi software experience Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Property Management software such as Yardi Detail‑oriented with excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills What We Offer Competitive pay and benefits package Medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and disability coverage 401(k) retirement plan with additional coverage options Student loan repayment, tuition reimbursement, and sabbatical leave opportunities Paid time off and vacation time that grows with tenure Ready to Grow With Us?
