We're hiring a dedicated Occupational Therapist to support inpatient and outpatient home-based rehab services in scenic eastern Oregon. Based in the welcoming community of Richland, this role offers the chance to make a direct impact in a setting that blends professional support with small-town charm and wide-open landscapes.

Position Responsibilities:

Evaluate and develop individualized treatment plans for patients across a variety of care settings
Deliver evidence-based therapy to improve function in daily living and promote independence
Educate patients and caregivers on exercises, adaptive equipment, and lifestyle strategies
Collaborate with an interdisciplinary healthcare team to optimize patient outcomes
Maintain thorough documentation and uphold quality care standards

Role Qualifications

Bachelor's degree followed by a Master's or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
Current Oregon Occupational Therapist license or eligibility to obtain
CPR/BLS certification (or willingness to complete upon hire)
Strong communication skills and a compassionate, patient-centered approach
Ability to work collaboratively within an interdisciplinary team
