Location: Englewood, Colorado

Job Summary:


seeking a skilled and creative Digital Experience Architect to design and implement user-centric digital solutions that enhance our customers' experiences across all touchpoints. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in UX/UI design, digital strategy, and technology architecture, along with a passion for creating seamless and engaging digital experiences.


Primary Responsibilities:

1. Digital Strategy Development: Define and implement digital strategies that align with business objectives, focusing on customer experience enhancement.
2. User Experience Design: Create intuitive and effective user experiences, incorporating user research, usability testing, and iterative design methods.
3. Technology Architecture: Design scalable, secure, and efficient technical architectures for web, mobile, and emerging digital platforms.
4. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including UX/UI designers, developers, product managers, and marketing teams, to ensure the successful execution of digital initiatives.
5. Innovation & Best Practices: Stay abreast of the latest digital trends, tools, and technologies, and propose innovative solutions to improve customer experience.
6. Performance Evaluation: Continuously evaluate and optimize the performance of digital products and services based on key metrics and user feedback.
7. Documentation & Training: Document design decisions, technical specifications, and best practices, and provide guidance to team members.

Technology Requirements:

1. Design Tools: Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, or similar for creating wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs.
2. Development & Architecture: Strong understanding of front-end and back-end development technologies, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, Angular, Node.js, and related frameworks. Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud is desirable.
3. Content Management Systems: Experience with CMS platforms such as WordPress, Drupal, or Contentful.
4. Analytics & Testing: Knowledge of analytics tools (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics) and user testing methodologies to measure and improve digital experiences.
5. Agile Methodologies: Experience working in Agile environments and using project management tools (Jira, Trello).

Qualifications:

1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Interaction Design, or related fields. An advanced degree could be beneficial.
2. Experience: Minimum of 7 years of experience in digital design, architecture, or related roles, with at least 3 years in a lead or architect role.
3. Skills: Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills. Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
4. Portfolio: A diverse portfolio showcasing digital design projects, preferably in the telecommunications or media industry.
