Weekend Requirements: Yes. Every other weekend.

Any On Call? No.

Any Floating to other units or Campus'? YES.

HHA will provide home care services to our participants' houses.

Performs routine patient care, support and related non-professional household services necessary to meet the hygiene, activities of daily living, and comfort needs of the homebound patient, in accordance with the legal scope of practice and within established standards of care, policies, and procedures.

Integrates education, technical competence and patient interaction skills to gain confidence and cooperation from the patient, their family/support group, and other healthcare providers.

Exercises sound judgment, and developed clinical skills to support the patient's plan of care based on the diagnosis in a timely manner.

Adheres to all local/state/federal regulations, codes, policies and procedures to ensure privacy and safety to help deliver optimal patient care.

May also be responsible for performing specific procedures and/or teaching duties.

Holidays begin at 7:00 PM the night before the holiday, and end at 7:00 AM the day after the holiday Only 1 holiday per contract can be requested Compliance: Onboarding: Must complete labs within 3-5 days of contract signing Work History Verification: 7-Year Work History Verification Required for all candidates. Candidates must provide accurate work history information going back 7 years from their start date and may also be required to provide documentation or contacts for the verifications if we are unable to verify any positions Deadline: All compliance documents due 10 days prior to start Modules: Modules are non-billable. An average of 1-5 hours spent on modules and are factored into NBO.
