• Contract Duration: 13 weeks
• Shift: 12 Hour Nights (7pm-7am), every 3rd weekend required - night shift RRT

Job Requirements / Qualifications

• Active Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential required (CRT not accepted)
• Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification required
• Minimum 1 year of recent RRT experience in a hospital or acute care setting
• Able to work 12-hour night shifts and every 3rd weekend
• Strong communication, teamwork, and clinical decision-making skills

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive respiratory care in a hospital setting, including patient assessment, treatment, and monitoring
• Provide ventilator management and perform advanced respiratory procedures and interventions as needed
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
• Ensure accurate and timely documentation of respiratory treatments, ventilator settings, and patient responses
• Maintain compliance with hospital policies, infection control, and patient safety standards
• Participate in emergency response situations, including neonatal resuscitation and code response
