Clinical Research Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Research Coordinator to support patient recruitment efforts for an ongoing Myasthenia Gravis clinical trial. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in clinical research, specifically within study enrollment. The Clinical Research Coordinator will be responsible for patient recruitment efforts in the community. This is a flexible part-time position with a hybrid schedule.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Perform patient recruitment through community outreach efforts to spread study awareness
• Partner with local clinics and medical professionals for patient referrals
• Educating providers about clinical trial and participant qualifications
• Visit local community locations, attending community events, etc.
• Posting fliers, brochures (recruitment materials) at targeted locations to reach patients (locations such as coffee shops, recreational centers, etc.)
• Educating potential patients on the clinical trial
• Other administrative duties as assigned
• Must be innovative and take initiative to develop new ideas to increase study enrollment

Essential Skills:

• Experience as a Clinical Research Coordinator (1+ year)
• Experience with patient recruitment for clinical trials (1+ year)
• Preferred experience with patient recruitment through community outreach strategies
• Training in HIPAA and Good Clinical Practice (GCP)

Job Type & Location:

This is a contract position based out of Buffalo, NY.

Pay and Benefits:

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $33.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
