About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief of Staff to the CEO, a pivotal role in the organization's mission to revolutionize the healthcare system. The successful candidate will be a strategic integrator, acting as a force multiplier for the CEO and ensuring the seamless connection between vision and execution. This includes distilling complex data into executive-level briefings, crafting and broadcasting the CEO's strategic voice, and leading high-stakes special projects. The Chief of Staff will also be responsible for designing the company's operating cadence, codifying decision-making processes, and driving organizational diplomacy to address any miscommunications or conflicts. Applicants for the Chief of Staff position should have a minimum of 10 years' experience, with a background that includes time at a growth-stage startup and a consulting firm. The role requires a leader with a proven track record in stakeholder and project management, who can influence without formal authority and is adept at building trust. The ideal candidate will be a systems thinker, capable of designing executive operating rhythms and decision-making frameworks, and a high-velocity execution partner with the grit to hold leadership teams accountable. Additionally, the Chief of Staff should be an AI evangelist, with the ability to lead the disciplined adoption of AI and build internal capabilities. The role is suited to a candidate who is passionate about the mission of the company and is excited to work in a collaborative, diverse, and remote-first environment.
