Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor‘s, Master‘s or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• Active Ohio PT license
• Master‘s degree

Assignment Details

• Shift Hours: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
• Schedule: 8 hours per day, 5 days per week
• On-call or weekend requirement: N/A
• Coverage area includes Toledo and surrounding counties
• Productivity expectation: 30
• Top responsibilities include case management
• Dress code: Black and Blue
