What You'll Do

Billing & Data

• Review and audit data
• Process invoices according to customer requirements
• Meet deadline dates for invoicing
• Prioritize and multitask
• Support daily accounts receivable operations including cash application and payment processing
• Assist with customer billing and invoice processing
• Contact corporate accounts payable teams regarding outstanding invoices when needed
• Research and resolve misapplied payments and reconciliation issues
• Review customer remittance and match payments to invoices in Microsoft Dynamics NAV
• Assist with invoice creation, review, and audit processes
• Generate AR reports and support department-wide reporting needs
• Provide support across billing, invoicing and collections as needed

Systems & Spreadsheets

• Work with Excel and Google spreadsheets
• Utilize Adobe/PDF tools and network shares
• Learn and utilize the company's operating system
• Experience with Navision is a plus

Communication & Teamwork

• Communicate effectively
• Work independently while also contributing to the team
• Handle significant responsibility in a fast-paced office environment
• Maintain a strong focus on customer satisfaction

What We're Looking For

• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Experience reviewing and auditing data
• Excellent communication skills
• Excel and Google spreadsheet experience
• Knowledge of Adobe/PDF and network shares
• Excellent ability to work independently and with a team
• Ability to handle significant responsibility
• Ability to learn and utilize company operating systems
• Experience with Navision is a plus
• Self-starting attitude with a strong focus on customer satisfaction

Travel & Schedule

• Full-time position
• Fast-paced "office" environment
• M-F 8am-5pm

Compensation & Benefits

• Company-paid dental, vision, long-term disability, short-term disability, and life insurance beginning the first of the month after 60 days
• Multi-tiered medical insurance plans to choose from (benefits valued at over $10,000 annually)
• 8 paid holidays per year
• PTO is available after 90 days, accrued bi-weekly at a rate of 3.08 hours (2 weeks annualized after 1st year). Bi-weekly accrual rate increases to 4.62 hours after 7 years (3 weeks annualized)
