Job Description Job Description About the Role: Seema Y Haque MD PA is looking for a friendly and organized Medical Front Desk Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our practice in Arlington, TX. Responsibilities: Greet and check in patients in a warm, professional manner Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments using medical scheduling software Verify insurance eligibility and collect co-pays at time of service Answer and route incoming phone calls, take messages, and respond to patient inquiries Maintain and update accurate patient records and demographic information in the EMR system Coordinate referrals, authorizations, and communication between patients and clinical staff Ensure the front desk and waiting area remain organized and presentable Requirements: Prior experience in a medical front desk or healthcare administrative role preferred Familiarity with EMR/EHR systems and medical scheduling software Knowledge of insurance verification, co-pays, and basic medical billing processes Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a patient-first attitude Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced clinical environment High school diploma or equivalent required; medical office certification a plus Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply About Us: Seema Y Haque MD PA is a trusted medical practice serving the Arlington, TX community with compassionate, high-quality patient care.
