Experiencia previa operando maquinaria, en manufactura, producción, ensamblaje o mecánica es un plus
Se prefiere experiencia con máquinas Brake Press, pero NO es requerida – ¡te capacitamos!
Buena aptitud mecánica y disposición para aprender
Sentirse cómodo trabajando con maquinaria, herramientas y equipos de producción
¡Candidatos con experiencia Y candidatos de nivel inicial con buenas habilidades mecánicas son bienvenidos!

Lo Que Harás:

Aprender a configurar y operar máquinas Brake Press
Leer órdenes de trabajo, planos y especificaciones de producción
Medir e inspeccionar piezas terminadas para verificar su precisión y calidad
Realizar ajustes básicos a la maquinaria cuando sea necesario
¡Aprender habilidades valiosas en operación de maquinaria y manufactura!

Turnos:

Lunes a Viernes
6:00 AM - 2:30 PM
¡No se trabaja los fines de semana!

Duración:

Temporal con oportunidad de contratación permanente
Posición de tiempo completo y a largo plazo

Entry Level- Machine Operator- $22/Per Hour

LOOKING TO BUILD A CAREER IN MANUFACTURING?

We're hiring Machine Operators for a great temp-to-hire opportunity! Previous Brake Press experience is a PLUS, but it's NOT required. If you're mechanically inclined, comfortable working with tools, and ready to learn, they are willing to train!

Key Requirements:

Previous machine operating, manufacturing, production, assembly, or mechanical experience is a plus
Brake Press experience is preferred, but NOT required – willing to train!
Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
Comfortable working with machinery, tools, and production equipment
Experienced AND entry-level candidates with strong mechanical skills are encouraged to apply!
Spanish Speaking employees encouraged to apply!

What You'll Do:

Learn to set up and operate Brake Press equipment
Read work orders, blueprints, and production specifications
Measure and inspect finished parts for accuracy and quality
Make basic machine adjustments as needed
Learn valuable machine operating and manufacturing skills!

Shifts:

Monday-Friday
6:00AM- 2:30 PM
No weekends!
