Fit Club Physical Therapy & Sports Performance is looking for a motivated, dependable, and professional Physical Therapy Aide to join our growing team!

At Fit Club, we combine expert physical therapy with strength and conditioning to help active New Yorkers recover from injuries, move better, and perform at their highest level.

We're looking for someone who takes pride in their work, communicates well, and understands that the little details make a big difference in delivering an exceptional patient experience.

What You'll Do

As a Physical Therapy Aide, you'll play an essential role in keeping our clinic organized, efficient, and running smoothly.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting licensed physical therapists with day-to-day clinic operations and nonclinical tasks.

• Preparing treatment areas, exercise equipment, and supplies for patient sessions.

• Keeping the clinic clean, organized, stocked, and ready for patients throughout the day.

• Helping patients navigate the clinic and use equipment as directed, within the appropriate scope of the aide role.

• Supporting a welcoming, professional, and positive patient experience.

• Assisting with administrative tasks, scheduling support, and basic computer-based workflows as needed.

• Communicating effectively with therapists, care coordinators, and fellow team members.

• Anticipating clinic needs and proactively helping the team maintain an efficient workflow.

Qualifications

• Interest in physical therapy, exercise science, kinesiology, sports medicine, or a related field strongly preferred.

• Prior experience in a gym, physical therapy clinic, healthcare setting, or customer-facing role is a plus, but not required.

• Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills.

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, active environment.

• Ability to assist with equipment setup, cleaning, and other physical tasks.

• Basic computer proficiency and willingness to learn new technology.

Schedule & Locations

We currently have 25–30 hours per week available .

We're especially interested in candidates who can work at both our Williamsburg, Brooklyn and Chelsea, Manhattan locations.

Flexibility across locations is strongly preferred.
