Passion for working with young children At least 21-years-old for school age teacher to drive the mini-van High school diploma or equivalent required EDU119/NCECC cert. or a degree in early childhood or related field required for lead teachers TAs and Floater teachers must have EDU119/NCECC cert. or enroll within 6 months of hire date Degree in ECE or a related field preferred Previous experience working in licensed childcare required Ability to pass background checks & health assessments Ability to lift up to 30 lbs. for child safety and emergencies Benefits Why You'll Love Working at The Sunshine House: Our team is our family.
