Accounting Assistant

The Berry Companies is a 50-year-old family business passionate about making the Mt. Washington Valley AMAZING. We are seeking an Accounting Assistant to support our North Conway, NH business office. This is an integral role for our finance team as a detail-oriented and organized individual. This role will help ensure the efficient operation of the department processes. That means as a member of this team, you will have a leader who: Gives clear directions Makes sure you have the necessary tools Acts with the greater good in mind Delegates appropriately Takes time to truly understand your role and how you can help the company Makes their expectations clear Communicates well Has effective meetings Rewards and recognizes your performance Qualifications At least 5 years of business experience, and strong Microsoft Office Suite skills, including Excel and Word. Bookkeeping experience a must. Excellent communication skills both verbal and written. The ability to coordinate multiple tasks and be organized and detail-oriented. The ability to work independently as well as on a team. Self-motivated and willing to learn. The ability to work in a fast-paced office environment. Why Join Us?
