Distribution Specialist at BankSupplies
We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our Warehouse Team! This is an entry-level position, but that is only the beginning of what we have to offer. Several of our leaders have started right where you will because we believe in promoting from within.

Key Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and label orders with accuracy and care
- Receive, count, and organize incoming inventory
- Maintain clean, safe, and organized warehouse space
- Perform quality checks and report issues promptly
- Handle internal calls and assist with inventory-related needs
- Use scanners and printers to process and ship products
- Participate in regular cycle counts to ensure stock accuracy
Role Requirements
- Positive, self-motivated
- Comfortable with basic digital tools
- Strong attention to detail and organization
- Dependable team player with great communication skills
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stay active on your feet
- Must wear reinforced-toe shoes
Preferred, Not Required
- Management/Supervisory experience
- NetSuite system knowledge
- Shiphawk/TMS experience
Schedule:
- Monday-Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm
- No weekends
Work Location: 1294 Beach Ct., Saline
