Night Shift - 7.5 Hours (United States of America)
The Social Worker will provide clinical and case management care to patients on a mobile crisis team setting. Experience treating concurring substance abuse and mental illness required for position. Documentation must be in a timely and quality manner. Conduct individual, group, and family therapy.
Requirements:
- Master's degree required.
- NYS Registration/Certification as a Social Worker required.
- Prior experience in a hospital or community health agency is preferred.
- Experience with assigned patient population and utilization of PM Schedule and LMSW/LCSW required.
- Experience treating concurring substance abuse and mental illness required.
Nights with every other weekend and holidays; 11p-7a
Salary Range: $41.694/hr - $50.88/hr (commensurate with experience)
