EdTheory is seeking a dedicated and passionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst Manager (BCBA) to join our growing team in Vacaville California. TheBCBAwill be responsible for providing high-quality behavior analysis services to individuals and families making a meaningful difference in the lives of those with autism and other developmental disabilities.
Qualifications & Responsibilities
- Masters degree in Applied Behavior Analysis Psychology Education or related field .
- Active BCBA certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
- Experience working with individuals diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder or related conditions preferred.
- Collaborate with families caregivers and interdisciplinary teams to ensure effective treatment.
- Supervise and train Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and other staff as needed.
