Salary: $115,000 - $120,000 per year

Location : Asheville, NC

Schedule: Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM-5:00 PM

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical oversight for infusion therapy services.
• Monitor patient safety before, during, and after treatment.
• Assess and manage adverse drug reactions (ADRs).
• Collaborate with registered nurses, nurse practitioners, and physicians.
• Participate in developing and improving clinical policies and protocols.
• Stay current on emerging infusion therapies and treatment guidelines.
• Support clinical operations and occasionally assist at nearby infusion centers as needed.

• Deliver exceptional patient-centered care in an outpatient setting.

Qualifications

Required

• Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program.
• Active Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) license.
• Current BLS Certification (or ability to obtain upon hire).
• Experience in primary care, family practice, internal medicine, or chronic disease management.
• Strong clinical assessment and patient management skills.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and electronic medical records.

Preferred

• Infusion therapy experience.
• Ambulatory care or outpatient clinic experience.

• Experience managing patients with chronic disease states.
