This is perfect for those who want a consistent, stable routine in a beautiful residential setting rather than traveling between multiple client homes.What You Will Be DoingProvide Personalized Daily Support: Assist residents with personal hygiene, dressing, and grooming, ensuring their comfort and dignity are always a priority.Create Sensory-Friendly Environments: Implement routines that support individuals with unique sensory processing needs, ensuring a calm and structured living space.Behavioral & Emotional Support: Use patient, positive redirection, and communication techniques to support residents through various behavioral challenges and emotional regulation.Meal Preparation & Nutrition: Prepare healthy meals and snacks tailored to specific dietary requirements or textures, assisting with feeding as needed.Light Housekeeping & Organization: Maintain a clean, safe, and organized home environment to reduce overstimulation and ensure safety.Community & Companionship: Foster a supportive atmosphere through engaging activities, errands, and social interaction that honors each resident's unique personality. Driving the residents in a company-provided vehicle to community events and doctor's appointments.Health Advocacy: Provide vital medication reminders and closely monitor health or behavioral changes to ensure the highest quality of care.What We're Looking For:Heart for Service: Compassionate, respectful, and ethical.Experience: Previous caregiving, CNA, or HHA residential experience is a plus.Skills: Basic cooking and housekeeping knowledge.Essentials: Must be 18+ and eligible to work in the US.
