Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care on a Med/Surg unit
• Float between Med/Surg and Emergency Room units as needed
• Assess, monitor, and document patient conditions in accordance with facility protocols
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to support positive patient outcomes

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• BLS certification (AHA)
• ACLS certification (AHA)
• PALS certification (AHA)
• TNCC certification
• Experience in both Med/Surg and Emergency Room settings required

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Comfort and adaptability working across multiple units within a single assignment
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills in fast-paced environments
