Their tasks include: Manicures & Pedicures : Cleaning, shaping, and polishing nails, as well as providing hand and foot massages. Nail Art & Design : Creating custom designs, including painting, applying decals, and creating other artistic designs on nails. Client Consultation : Understanding client preferences and providing recommendations for nail care. Sanitation & Cleanliness : Maintaining a clean and sanitary workspace, ensuring tools are sterilized, and following health and safety guidelines. Cleaning and disinfecting nail tools, bowls, facial bowls, etc., Customer Service : Offering a positive experience, addressing client needs, and ensuring satisfaction with services. Sales of Products : Recommending and selling nails care products like lotions, polishes, and tools, giving a description of spa staff menus, soaking tubs & steam/sauna Assisting at reception desk & greeting guests is a shared responsibility, booking appointments & computer skills are highly recommended Requirements In addition to technical skills, nail technicians must have good communication, attention to detail, and be able to maintain a friendly and professional attitude. Work attendance & punctuality is a must, team effort is important, must have good attendance, passion for services, able to respectfully take direction, follow Kah-nee-ta Policy & procedures.
