Candidate Pay Rate: $70 - $49 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

• Implement individualized treatment plans developed by the supervising Physical Therapist
• Provide evidence-based interventions to improve mobility, strength, balance, and functional performance
• Monitor patient progress and communicate changes to the supervising therapist
• Educate patients and families on therapeutic exercises and safety precautions
• Collaborate with the rehabilitation team to ensure quality patient care
• Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with clinic standards

Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license in California
• Associate degree from an accredited PTA program
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Outpatient experience preferred but not required
• Strong clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills

Education

• Associate Degree in Physical Therapist Assisting from an accredited program

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of physical therapy interventions and modalities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Proficiency in patient documentation and EMR systems
• Time management and organizational skills
• Commitment to evidence-based practice
