What You'll Be Doing

• Teach students the fundamentals of residential and commercial HVAC systems
  
  
• Demonstrate real-world troubleshooting, diagnostics, maintenance, and repair techniques
  
  
• Guide students through hands-on training and practical exercises
  
  
• Share your industry knowledge, experiences, and best practices
  
  
• Mentor students as they prepare to enter the skilled trades
  
  
• Work alongside an experienced education team that will help you succeed
  
  

What We're Looking For

Two qualifications are essential:

• Active Massachusetts Oil Burner Certificate (Required)
  
  
  
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on HVAC service, installation, maintenance, or repair experience (Required)
  
  
  

We're also looking for someone who:

• Has strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
  
  
• Understands residential and commercial HVAC systems
  
  
• Enjoys helping others learn and develop their skills
  
  
• Communicates clearly and has a patient, approachable personality
  
  
• Takes pride in their trade and wants to pass that knowledge along
  
  

Teaching experience is NOT required. We will train you!

Schedule

Full-time opportunities are available with established day or evening schedules.
