Licensed Practical Nurse

Overview Location: Brooksby Village by Erickson Senior Living Join our team as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) / Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN). The LPN/LVN is responsible for providing clinical care to residents in the neighborhood according to the nursing standards of practice, board of nursing, and Erickson Senior Living standards. What We Offer Compensation: commensurate with experience, $36 -$42 an hour plus shift differentials - $2.50 for evenings, $3.00 for nights, and $3.50 for all shifts on the weekend; a culture of diversity, inclusion, equity and belonging Medical, dental and vision packages, including an annual reimbursement for qualified wellness expenses, personal health coaching and telemedicine options PTO Plans, plus company paid volunteer hours for eligible team members, in accordance with applicable state law 401k for all team members 18 and over with a company 3% match Onsite medical centers, providing wellness visits and sick care for all team members over 18 years of age Free access to our on-site Team member Health and Well-Being Centers, plus Well-Being programs, tools and resources for you and your immediate family members Education assistance, certification reimbursement and access to over 6,000 courses through our online learning library Growth opportunities – grow with the company as we open new communities and expand on our existing ones How You Will Make An Impact Develop relationships with residents and their families using a consistent caregiver approach, supporting the resident’s physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs and placing the resident first Assess, observe, and evaluate residents clinical condition, document findings in the resident electronic medical record, and notify the provider and/or RN when necessary Update or modify care plans as needed to reflect changes to a resident’s care and service needs Supervise and lead care associates Administer medications timely, accurately, and according to orders Participate in meetings related to resident outcomes and care Respond to residents, family, or responsible parties in a timely and professional manner Participate in the review of clinical indicator reviews – falls, wounds, nutrition, antipsychotic use, etc. Other duties as assigned by RN clinical leader What You Will Need Minimum of 1 year of experience in assisted living, home health, or long-term care is preferred Licensed by State as an LPN/LV CPR certification required A passion to care for seniors and be a strong resident advocate Experience with electronic medical records is preferred Please note that specific state regulations and requirements may be applicable.
