Contract duration 12+ months

Client Details: Will be shared upon successful submission to the client.

Interview Process: 2 Rounds of Technical/ Video Interview

Job Description

Seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager with strong expertise in Agile project management and a proven ability to manage technical projects from initiation through delivery. The ideal candidate will have a current PMP certification and hands-on experience working in Agile environments.

Required Qualifications

PMP certification is mandatory.
Strong hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies .
Proven experience managing technical/IT projects from planning through successful delivery.
Strong understanding of project management principles, methodologies, and best practices.
Experience managing project scope, schedule, budget, risks, dependencies, and deliverables.
Experience working with cross-functional technical and business teams.
Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder-management skills.
Ability to coordinate multiple teams and manage competing priorities.
Experience with Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives .
Strong experience with project tracking and reporting tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar tools .
Strong documentation, presentation, and reporting skills.
Ability to identify and resolve project risks, issues, and blockers proactively.
Must be comfortable working in a fully remote environment .
Must be available to work during EST business hours.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage technical projects throughout the complete project lifecycle.
Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, and deliverables.
Work closely with engineering, product, business, and other cross-functional teams.
Facilitate Agile ceremonies and ensure effective Agile delivery.
Track project progress, risks, issues, dependencies, and action items.
Manage project scope and ensure delivery according to agreed timelines.
Communicate project status, risks, and dependencies to stakeholders and leadership.
Coordinate resources and ensure project deliverables are completed on time.
Proactively identify project challenges and drive them to resolution.
Maintain project documentation, status reports, and project metrics.
Ensure alignment between technical teams, business stakeholders, and project objectives.

PMP Certification Mandatory
