Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to understand patients' needs, strengths, and areas for growth, and formulate individualized treatment plans.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy to deliver effective interventions for individuals, couples, and families.

• Facilitate supportive psychoeducational and therapeutic groups, addressing prevalent mental health concerns and promoting a sense of belonging among clients.

• Assist clients in honing their coping skills and problem-solving abilities while enhancing their communication techniques to foster personal growth.

• Work collaboratively with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other clinicians to ensure comprehensive and holistic care is provided to all patients.

• Provide crisis intervention services as necessary, offering immediate support during mental health emergencies.

• Educate clients about their mental health conditions, available treatment options, and relevant community resources to empower them in their care.

• Maintain clear and accurate documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring that client information remains confidential and secure.

• Participate actively in team meetings and case consultations to share insights, best practices, and ongoing learning opportunities.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Professional Counseling, or Psychology.

• Current, valid independent licensure as an LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT in the state of California.

• Proven interpersonal skills and proficiency in modern computer applications and telehealth platforms.

• Strong understanding of mental health disorders, evidence-based treatment practices, and an appreciation of cultural competency in therapy.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 – 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience. Additional financial incentives such as a sign-on bonus are available.
