RN IMCU Clinical Nurse Coordinator

HCA Healthcare

Quincy, FL

As an RN IMCU Clinical Nurse Coordinator at HCA Healthcare, you will provide and coordinate high-quality patient care for intermediate care/step-down patients. You will oversee daily clinical operations, support and mentor bedside nurses, and collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans. Responsibilities include monitoring patient status, administering medications, ensuring adherence to clinical protocols, and promoting patient safety. You will help drive quality initiatives, support staff education, and model HCA’s culture of compassion, teamwork, and continuous learning.
