AWS Systems Engineer

Are you a collaborative AWS Systems Engineer looking to work for a mission driven global organization? As a Systems Engineer III, you will support our AWS cloud infrastructure, automation, and operational tasks. Working in partnership with product and engineering teams, this role involves supporting deployment, troubleshooting, and automation initiatives, contributing to live products, and driving process improvements. Key Responsibilities Support cloud infrastructure deployment, maintenance, and troubleshooting in AWS. Assist in automating operational tasks and workflows to improve efficiency. Contribute to the implementation of scalable, resilient application architectures. Support documentation and operational procedures to ensure best practices. Collaborate with team members to support ongoing projects and initiatives. Support process improvements and automation efforts. Troubleshoot infrastructure and deployment issues, escalating as needed. Qualifications Experience supporting cloud infrastructure, automation, or DevOps tasks. Hands‑on experience with cloud platforms (AWS) and familiarity with Cloud and DevOps tools. Foundational understanding of infrastructure‑as‑code tools such as Terraform. Scripting skills in Python or Go. Knowledge of container orchestration tools like Kubernetes, Helm, or ArgoCD. Support and troubleshooting skills in cloud and containerized environments. Proactive approach to automating repetitive tasks and operational workflows. Proficiency with Linux operating systems, including system administration, command‑line tools, and troubleshooting.
