Responsibilities General Responsibilities: This position is responsible for overseeing the workflow of group of plans assigned; communicating with clients; preparation of 5500 and ERISA reports and conducting compliance testing for plans assigned; maintaining proficiency in regulatory developments. Essential Duties Collect and edit census data from clients via electronic media Prepare year‑end asset review and reconciliation on plan's assets Perform contribution calculations for clients Perform plan specific testing (ADP/ACP; Top Heavy; New Comparability, etc.) Determine eligibility and update accounts for employees of client Update vesting on daily val platform where applicable Prepare and assist client in the filing of yearly tax return for Plan (5500, 5330, etc.) Provide client with annual or quarterly valuation report and employee statements Provide Distribution Coordinator pertinent information regarding distributions from plan (including loans, hardships, and RMD's) Consult with client in regards to plan design (make recommendations for changes, etc.) Consult with client on any questions or concerns (daily phone calls, emails, etc.) Provide Plan's broker/agent information for regularly scheduled Annual Plan Review meetings Provide eResources necessary information in regards to plan amendments and annual employee notices Peer review of other Plan Consultant's annual administration reports and testing Maintain workflow database at least weekly Ancillary Duties As an integral member of the organization, this position is also responsible to provide assistance wherever necessary to help the department and the Company in achieving their goals. #J-18808-Ljbffr
