Commercial Furniture Quotation Specialist Full-time Nevins – A commercial contract furniture manufacturer offering tables, seating, and product for collaborative spaces to the dealer and design community. We are a company known for our quality furniture as well as exceptional customer service. The qualified applicant is responsible for processing requests for pricing and product questions via email, phone and live chat. This candidate must have experience in working with customers, understanding their requirements, expectations, products, pricing, projects, and product availability. Excellent phone and written skills are required. A design background with the ability to read and understand construction methods and materials is beneficial. Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Ability to process large volume of requests and inquiries in a timely manner. Strong organizational skills. Independent thinker able to process information and work independently to resolve issues, as well as work in a group environment. Provide price quotes using price books, as well as communicating with multiple suppliers on pricing and design. Design background desired, with the ability to interpret drawings, and understand building materials and processes needed for the fabrication of contract furniture. Working knowledge of Microsoft including Word, Excel and Outlook as well as strong general computer and phone skills. Education/Experience BA/BS degree preferred or equivalent experience.
