Die Cutter$21.30/Hour1st Shift07:00 AM - 03:00 PMDie Cutter Responsibilities:Operate various types of die-cutting machines in the departmentReview job tickets to ensure envelope, paper type, packaging, labeling, and special instructions are consistent with the specifications outlined for the jobSet up machines to include mounting dies, manual adjustments, and entering programsFacilitate basic running and preventative maintenance needs of the machines at required efficienciesMonitor compliance with quality requirements of paper, dies, and envelope blanksFollow guidelines for separating paper into recycling binsKnow and abide by all equipment and company safety practices and policiesAccurately enter labor records into a computer databaseMaintain housekeeping of the work area around the assigned machine(s)Requirements for Die Cutter:Machine operation experienceBasic mechanical skillsQuality inspectionRead work orders and follow instructionsAbility to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periodsQPS Employment Group is a full-service staffing firm comprised of dedicated and passionate people with over 50 offices throughout the United States.
